Membership Eligibility

Membership in the CyberKnife^® Society is available to health care professionals affiliated with a CyberKnife location. Candidates shall be a physicians, non-physician health care professionals (e.g., Radiation Therapists, Nurses) or scientists in good standing.

Members include:

Candidates must have earned an academic degree that reflects medical training.

Scientists shall have an equivalent degree (e.g. PhD, EngScD, etc) and have a full-time academic affiliation or be principally employed by a research institution.

Candidates shall be a member of the CyberKnife treatment team.

Membership is contingent upon confirmation of eligibility. Applicants will be notified of confirmation of membership within 72 hours of submitting an application for membership.

Membership Dues

Dues of The CyberKnife^® Society are set annually by the Board of Directors. Annual dues apply to membership for one fiscal year, July - June.  Membership rates are prorated through out the year based on the date of intiation of membership.

Annual Membership - United States
• $200.00 USD for Physicians
• $100.00 USD for Non-physicians (RTTs, Physicists, RNs, etc.) 

Annual Membership - Outside the United States
• $100.00 USD for Physicians
• $50.00  USD for Non-physicians (RTTs, Physicists, RNs, etc.) 

Lifetime Membership
• $2,000.00 USD for Physicians
• $1,000.00 USD for Non-physicians (RTTs, Physicists, RNs, etc.)

Institutional Membership
• $10,000.00 USD 
   - 1 time fee 
   - Valid for 10 years 
   - Covers up to 5 members
      -  Any combination of MD, RN, PhD, RTT is possible
